A finaleira – último trimestre da gravidez

El barrigón viajante – 7 meses

O último e derradeiro trimestre, enfim, chegou. E foi o mais movimentado!

Aproveitei que minha gravidez estava normal e saudável, com todos os exames em dia e planejei uma viagem com o Rafa e a sogra. Quem viaja com a sogra? Eu aqui! Com 7 meses de gravidez, fomos visitar os hermanos aqui do lado fazendo o roteiro Montevideo, Colônia del Sacramento e Buenos Aires. Me surpreendi com o quanto que aguentei caminhar – ainda mais no calorão que fez em dezembro por lá. Caminhei mais do que Forrest Gump correu, subi de escadas o farol de 27 metros de altura de Colônia, comi alfajor e sorvete Freddo e voltei um pouco mais pobre, mas feliz. E ainda grávida, beeem grávida.

No terceiro trimestre também foi quando montamos o quartinho do Inacio. Seguimos muitas coisas do método Montessori pro quarto, então pretendo fazer um post mostrando detalhes, já que tem várias coisas diferentes – como a ausência do berço, por exemplo.

Com nosso obstetra e parteira definidos, também estava decidido que meu parto seria normal e sem nenhuma intervenção desnecessária e/ou que eu não quisesse, como a indução com soro+ocitocina sintética, a anestesia e a episiotomia. Racionalmente, eu já tinha lido bastante, tinha o apoio do Rafa (o apoio do parceiro é o principal para a grávida!), tinha plena confiança nos profissionais que eu escolhi para estarem comigo durante o parto e sabia que estava escolhendo a melhor opção que existe pro meu bebê nascer. Mas, no fundo do meu âmago, comecei a ter muitas dúvidas se EU era o tipo de pessoa para este parto. Quem acompanha o blog sabe que já sofri com crises de pânico e faço tratamento para isso, além de me auto julgar uma “cagona”. Aí essa pessoa decide fazer um parto natural, WTF? Eu via entrevistas com outras mulheres que decidiram pelo PN e pensava “esse é o tipo de mulher que eu QUERO SER, não o que eu SOU. será que não estou tomando uma decisão que não vou conseguir enfrentar?”. Eu nunca fui aquela pessoa de atitude, super determinada e destemida. Eu sempre quis ser assim, mas a verdade é que passei anos queimando – quase – todos os meus neurônios me remoendo de ansiedade, com incertezas sobre tudo, sempre assombrada pelos “e se…” da vida. E esses eram meus medos somente em relação ao parto, ainda tinha toda uma névoa sobre o futuro de ser mãe e criar uma criança!

Mas aí, a terapia mostrou seu valor novamente. Me dei conta de que, mesmo que eu não seja a menina que se joga do bungee jump sem pensar e vive a vida sabendo (ou achando que sabe) exatamente o que quer, eu tinha uma vida resultado de muitas escolhas que talvez fossem bem difíceis para outras pessoas, mas eu fui lá e fiz. É só lembrar dos posts Retrospectiva Whatever e Retrospectiva Whatever – Parte II. Outra coisa que ajudou foi que minha parteira, a Zeza, criou um grupo com as mães que teriam filhos em março e nós nos reuníamos duas vezes por semana para tirar dúvidas, ver vídeos, conversar. Ela distribuiu materiais com mais informações sobre o que acontece durante o parto, deu dicas de como cuidar de um recém nascido, como colocar o sling, o que é mito e o que não é, como funciona a amamentação. Enfim, tudo que eu precisava! Depois do primeiro encontro, criei uma confiança de que tudo ia dar certo e fiquei bem mais tranquila.

Considero que meu final de gravidez muito bom, mesmo que eu tenha enfrentado um verão de calor infernal. Minha principal atividade era dormir, com algumas dificuldades, claro. Veja bem, a Moca foi acostumada a dormir na cama com a gente e considero este dano irreversível. Ela dorme nos meus pés ou posicionada estrategicamente atrás dos meus joelhos, então faz peso nas minhas pernas (oi caimbras!) e dificulta quando quero me virar. Além disso, ela também “trava” o lençol e eu acordo com frio. Pior que marido sem noção! Aí minha maior alegria de dormir, que era me espatifar de bruços com uma perna em cada continente e jogando os braços pra cima batendo na palma da mão ignorando total que existem mais seres na cama comigo não era mais possível por motivos de: barriga. A cereja do bolo é o Rafa, que gosta de colocar a pequenina perna dele por cima de mim. Fiz uma ilustração, pra vocês entenderem melhor:

MESMO ASSIM, dormi mais do que nunca. Tinha dias em que eu acordava, almoçava e dormia de novo. Acho que levei muito a sério quando me disseram “dorme agora, porque depois tu vai passar um booom tempo sem dormir”. Além disso, a data provável se aproximava e esse era o melhor jeito de esperar o Inacio.
